Since Eli and the Giants have effectively locked up the NFC East with their 31-31 victory over the Eagles, here’s the aforementioned QB kicking the unlucky birds out from their “perch.”

 

I’m really pleased with how the eagle turned out here, with the wings, and the expression on his face.  The background is done in the computer, and I’m just stunned with how good and three-dimensional it all turned out - it actually reminds me of looking at some of the old Yogi Bear cartoons.  I originally wasn’t going to have a forest since eagles live so high up - it was going to be the side of a mountain instead of a tree, with the branch growing out of the rockface - but I saw that the blue was just too stark.
