Since there’s a story that Alex Rodriguez regrets not signing with the Mets, this idea came about.

 

Originally I thought about drawing this cartoon from the other angle, placing the camera within the store and having A-Rod peering inside with his face pressed against the glass, but then I realized that I couldn’t get what team’s jersey he was staring at - the back would be facing the camera.  I’d have to have turned the mannequin around, and it just didn’t feel natural.
