The Yankees took their team photo today, and I thought to myself with all the walk-off wins and all the pies from A.J. Burnett, what would the photo actually look like?  Here’s the result. ^_^

 

Of course, the only one without said whipped cream is Joe Girardi, but I really have a feeling he’ll get one, or what I’d absolutely love to see is Burnett get creamed by all the guys he’s hit... I smell another cartoon!  But I think I’ll save that for another day depending on how things go (fingers crossed).

 

Biggest challenge here of course was all the faces... if you see the line art I think they look an awful lot like the Muppets.  See if you can tell which player is which under all that white stuff!

 

(Actually I didn’t draw them with any intent that this one was A.J. or CC or Swisher, etc., but it’s fun to guess which ones you think look like which!)
