Sending Phil Hughes, Melky Cabrera, and a butt load of cash to the Twins for Johan Santana is the wrong move in my opinion, so I came up with this cartoon to illustrate who was getting the better end of the deal - the Twins.  I kept my cartoon version of Melky, which I really like, and came up with a new one for Hughes, fresh-faced freckled kid that he is, and really like how Santana turned out.

 

I always try to put Easter eggs in my cartoons as a reward for paying attention, using a baseball bat as the spine of the scale and the ball as it’s top.
