There were many titles that I could have come up with for this cartoon, many playing off of the African nation of Ghana, many playing of the idea of being a goner (you kind of have to add a New England accent when you do the word play of Ghan-ah) including a backpage headline playing off  a venereal disease, which I won’t repeat here.
