I really wish the the Dodgers were playing the Yankees in New York instead of the other way around since it would be nice to have gotten Joe Torre back to see the new Stadium and everything.

 

Instead we have to settle for a three hour time zone difference and the possibility that Old Joe might never come back to the Bronx except for a ceremony retiring his number and his call to Cooperstown.  Anyway, it seems as though the Core Four decided to bring him a little housewarming gift for his digs in LA. ^_^

 

Really nice to use the away jerseys here, but am I the only one who thinks they look a little like long johns/ jammies?
