Since Citibank is the latest bank to ask for a government bailout, my thoughts immediately went to Citi (or as I like to say “New Ebbets”) Field and the naming rights.  I originally thought of using “U.S. Government Field” or “U.S. Taxpayer Field” but I felt that it was too long.
