By the very nature of the Panthers coming in and disrupting the Giants’ playoff hopes, not to mention handing Big Blue a loss in their last game ever at their current house, they are very bad kitties.

 

Not much to say on the cartoon other than I wanted to have the panther give off an air of being done with Eli after just mopping the floor with him, scratching, black eye, etc.  My first real attempt at the hindquarters of the jungle cat, especially where the tail meets the legs - I might have to add some toe marks on the paws and I want to work on that tail for next time whenever I draw another one.

 

The title and the line is a reference to the Madagascar animated films and the grandma from Yonkers who repeatedly beats Alex the Lion over the head with her handbag.  ^_^  Great stuff.
