I  had actually drawn another cartoon in preparation for the Mitchell report being unveiled, but once the names were revealed, I settled on a police lineup with Sen. George Mitchell (*cough* Red Sox *cough*) in a “J’accuse!” (French for “I accuse”) moment.  The cop from previous cartoons makes a return as well.  Miguel Tejada had just been traded (how convenient) to Baltimore, and now former Met Paul Lo Duca was just introduced as a Washington National three days ago.
