Creating a Graphic
The graphic was to be used as the header for my new cartoons, a “section” if you will. I based it off the other headers on the SNY site, using my (cartoon) picture, facing right. I enlarged the cartoon globe that I was previously spinning on my finger so it would go directly behind me, keeping Long Island and the star representing New York City in full view.

The first header I used a font as close as I could to match what was on SNY slipping in the gradient as well, but then managed to find the Comic font, and just typed it in all white.
A fade to white gradient filled out the rest of the header. Not the most professional job, but well advanced for me.
