A clever little riff on the start of Spring Training.  Drawing Congress is extremely hard, and again, I had much grander ideas of drawing the entire building, trying, erasing, and racking my brain as to how to draw the Capitol building.  I then recalled an episode of “The Simpsons” entitled “Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington,” itself based on the Frank Capra classic “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” with Jimmy Stewart, which had the perfect angle that I was looking for.
