With Roger Clemens set to testify before Congress this week, I thought it would be funny to have another “J’accuse!” moment with the most unexpected and infallible witness Clemens could ever face. The senator is another nod to my judge from a long time ago (hey, a judge could run for the Senate, right?).
I was divided between drawing the anthropomorphic syringe with the needle on the top (as a head) or on the bottom (as legs), trying to imagine how he’d move around. Since the needle would probably go through the floor, I thought that he could simply use the “plunger” part of his body to hop around. I think I’m getting better at drawing Clemens to be honest.
